DIEP Reconstruction

42 year-old patient 5'3 and 140lbs. This patient underwent delayed left breast reconstruction using a DIEP flap, nipple reconstruction and tattoo. She also required a right mastopexy. The post-operative photo is one year post-reconstruction.

55 year-old patient 5'8" and 165lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using the DIEP flap. She is awaiting nipple reconstruction.

56 year-old patient 5'8" and 140lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using DIEP flaps. She has also undergone bilateral nipple reconstruction and tattoo.

47 year-old patient 5'10" and 140lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using the DIEP flap, nipple reconstruction and nipple-areolar tattoo. The post-operative photo is one year post-reconstruction.

52 year-old patient 5'5" and 175lbs. This patient underwent a delayed reconstruction on the left and an immediate reconstruction on the right (after right prophylactic mastectomy) using DIEP flaps. She has also undergone bilateral nipple reconstruction and nipple/areolar tattoo. The post-operative photo is 2.5 years post-reconstruction.

51 year-old patient, 5'0" and 134lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using a deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap. She then underwent liposuction to the flap, right nipple reconstruction and tattoo.

40 year-old patient 5'8" and 150lbs. This patient underwent a delayed left breast reconstruction using a DIEP flap. She also required a right mastopexy and augmentation using a 150g implant.

39 year-old patient 5'9" and 210lbs. This patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent a right DIEP flap performed at the same time as her right mastectomy. 4 months later she underwent liposuction to the right flap and a left breast reduction. She has completed nipple reconstruction on the right and is awaiting repeat tattoo. The post-operative photo is 2.5 years post-reconstruction.

65 year-old patient 5'3" and 155lbs. This patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent a right DIEP flap performed at the same time as her right mastectomy. 4 months later she underwent liposuction to the right flap and bilateral mastopexy. She is currently awaiting nipple reconstruction.

52 year-old patient 5'9" tall and 150lbs. This patient had left delayed breast reconstruction using a muscle-sparing free TRAM flap. She then underwent nipple reconstruction and tattoo.

44 year-old patient 5'1" tall and 160lbs. This patient underwent right immediate breast reconstruction using a DIEP flap. She also required a left breast mastopexy. She then underwent right nipple reconstruction and is awaiting tattoo.

63 year-old patient 4'11" and 138lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using the DIEP flap. She has also undergone a left mastopexy and right nipple reconstruction and tattoo.
