Implant Reconstruction

45 year-old patient 5'6" and 123lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using a tissue expander and subsequent silicone gel implant (339g), nipple reconstruction and nipple-areolar tattoo.She also underwent a left subpectoral breast augmentation (180g).

46 year-old patient 5'5" and 125lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction using an implant and AlloDerm on the left (one-stage, tear drop shaped 410g) and a tissue expander/AlloDerm and subsequent implant (two-stage, tear drop shaped 450g) on the right after right-sided radiation. She is awaiting nipple reconstruction.

37 year-old patient 5'3" and 130lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using an implant and AlloDerm on the left (one-stage, 320g) and a tissue expander/AlloDerm and subsequent implant (two-stage, 335g) on the right after right-sided radiation. She is awaiting nipple reconstruction.

60 year-old patient 5'7" and 140lbs. This patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and reconstruction using implants and AlloDerm (one-stage, round silicone 304g).

74 year-old patient with a previous right mastecomy. This patient underwent two-stage implant reconstruction on the right with a shaped cohesive gel implant (310g) and a left mastopexy and augmentation (140g).

66 year-old patient 5'3" and 112lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and direct-to-implant reconstruction using Alloderm and 335g tear drop shaped cohesive gel implants. She declined nipple reconstruction.

27 year-old patient 5'6" tall and 130lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using tissue expanders and subsequent gel implants (500g), nipple reconstruction and nipple-areolar tattoo.

38 year-old patient 5'4" and 121lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using an implant and AlloDerm on the right (one-stage, 265g) and a tissue expander/AlloDerm and subsequent implant (two-stage, 325g) on the left after left-sided radiation. She is awaiting nipple reconstruction.

41 year-old patient 5'5" and 125lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using an implant and AlloDerm on the left (one-stage, 335g) and a tissue expander/AlloDerm and subsequent implant (two-stage, 335g) on the right. She is awaiting nipple reconstruction.
