Latissimus Dorsi Reconstruction

49 year-old patient 5'4" and 110lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy and radiation therapy. She completed tissue expansion and required a right latissimus dorsi flap + 371g silicone implant. She also underwent a left submuscular breast augmentation with a 180g silicone implant.

53 year-old patient 5'8" tall and 190lbs. This patient had previous bilateral mastectomies and left-sided radiation. She underwent insertion of tissue expanders with subsequent expansion and placement of a round silicone implant on the right (650g) and a latissimus and round silicone implant on the left (450g).

34 year-old patient 5'7" and 160lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and right-sided radiation therapy. She completed tissue expansion and required a right latissimus dorsi flap and a 457g round silicone implant. A 533g round silicone implant was used on the left.

38 year-old patient 5'4" tall and 220lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and right-sided radiation therapy. She completed tissue expansion and required a right latissimus dorsi flap and a 240g round silicone implant. A 750g round silicone implant was used on the left.
